What I've come to realize is that you can only be your greatest self and give the most to others when taking care of your self first!
Without our health we have nothing and life easily gets out of control and overwhelming.
I work on being the best version of myself everyday, and trust me I know it's not always easy, just like everything else it takes practice.
Too often I hear, the excuse ..."but I don't have time"... what you need to remember is, it's not about having time but making time. Make yourself a priority!
Schedule ME-time and protect it just like you would any other appointment.
It doesn't have to be anything major ... As a matter of fact the real results happen by making small daily changes as simple as waking up each day and asking yourself, “How can I be better today? What’s one small thing I can do to bring me a little closer to my goal". The journey to health, fitness and wellbeing doesn't happen overnight.
Do something that will make your body and soul happy.
Take the workout class, read the inspiring book, learn how to make healthier meals, go outside and explore, do something good for yourself; because in the end your wellbeing and health depends on it and is entirely up to you!

Growing up I've always been into sports and was living an active life.
However, I didn't discover my passion for fitness and health until later on.
After moving to a new country, experiencing a new culture, lifestyle and food, I unexpectedly gained some weight. With my weight gain, I became unhappy in my own body and felt uncomfortable, so I decided to commit myself to a healthier lifestyle and learn about fitness and health.
After transforming my lifestyle and gaining my confidence back, I knew I wanted to give back and help people gain confidence and appreciation for their body. My journey to a healthier lifestyle has inspired me to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Getting in shape doesn't have to be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve.
I believe in finding the perfect balance of pleasure and sustainability for each individual.
While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun, energy and appreciation for your body you will experience throughout the journey will far exceed the discomfort.
