The energy of a group makes exercise fun, motivational, and inspirational. Working out in a group can give us the confidence and support we need to unleash our true physical potential.
Together with your peers and an encouraging trainer who ensures every exercise is performed effective and correctly, you'll break a sweat without it feeling like a chore.
Caylife Fitness Group Training combines elements of Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as Strength and Functional Training. This training style has been shown to be the most effective method for burning fat and building lean muscle - so you'll get the most out of a 45 min workout.
Workouts are an average of 45 min long. Please plan 1 hour time with explaining, stretching, cool down etc.
Its a outdoor workout with a beautiful view over the ocean from the firefly sunset resort main deck.
Make sure to bring enough water and a towel to sweat on.
Because classes are booked quickly, please make sure to sent an email or give me call if you wish to attend class.
Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.10 am and 7.30 am year round. Reservation required!
